We had a number of issues with a chimney, house roof ridge tiles and garage roof tiles. I left a message on Dylan's website at 10:30 on a Sunday evening and he was around to look at the work on Monday morning.... beat that !! Dylan explained the costs and time frames for both traditional mortar repairs and switching to dry verge securing and we happily chose the latter.... quicker, similar cost and potentially lower maintenance. The work was undertaken and completed between the Tuesday and Thursday and everything was left neat and tidy each evening. Dylan kept us up to date with what was being done each day and we are more than happy with the end result. To cap it off, Dylan and his colleague are two great, friendly lads - who I have no hesitation in recommending. P.S. they do appreciate a coffee :).
