He completely stripped out the old bathroom back to a bare room and arranged for re-plastering before beginning work on the new installation. He used his experience to quickly overcome small issues that arise in any old house and got our new bathroom installed on schedule. Throughout the whole process he tidied up after himself each night, and was understanding and respectful of our covid precautions.
