Having just moved into a new house, we had several problems (leaks, toilet not working, faulty taps) and Dan sorted them all out without drama. The whole experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Dale Saunders Ltd

Fantastic service. My worst nightmare of a leaking toilet at the weekend! Leak found and an excellent repair carried out by a polite professional plumber. So pleased that I found this company, will definitely be using them again them.

First appointment to service our gas boiler was made effortlessly and immediately without any fuss and so efficiently. The engineer, Grant, arrived precisely on time, took our noisy Jack Russell totally in his stride, serviced the boiler with no fuss or bother and discussed the various queries we had about the boiler. Job done and a very definite double plus! BUT later that evening the boiler refused to fire or work and having tried the bare recovery actions we knew rang their telephone at 1930hrs. Spoke to the Boss, when can you accept an engineer 0700hrs or later? And he dealt with it so calmly, reassuringly and efficiently before agreeing 0800hrs. This morning just before 0800 a different engineer arrived and after checking all the circuits etc etc tracked the problem to the immersion heater which had heated the water to a temperature that prevented the boiler from firing - job done and all back to normal! NB Absolutely not connected to the Service. As an octogenarian I do not ‘do’ tripadvisors etc as it is so seldom one has anything positive to say. In this case I am so impressed with the basic and old fashioned excellence of providing a proper service efficiently and courteously at all levels of employees. Clearly a Company which values and is proud of it’s reputation and does everything to maintain and improve it.

Dale and his workforce recently completed 2 bathrooms for us and we are delighted with the results. The team of plumbers, plasterers, tilers, floor layers, electricians and decorators were always polite, professional and took pride in their work as well as keeping us fully informed with the progress. Dale even helped with an insurance claim for one of the bathrooms with a comprehensive estimate, photographs and video. He comes highly recommended.
