I've been a landlord at Danvers for a few years now. They have managed to let my student property every year - even through the pandemic - at very good rates. I use their fully managed service and they keep me informed when and if they need to. Otherwise they manage all issues - which is more than I can say for my previous agents! I would highly recommend them to any landlord.

I have recently moved to Danvers from another estate agents and I have had nothing but a positive service from Danvers. Having mainly dealt with Alexis, I am extremely happy with the professionalism and quick responses to any queries or issues I have had. As a landlord it's extremely reassuring to know that I can rely on the team looking after my property and I'm glad to have found them.

I moved into one of their house and i was forced into cleaning a mould or dam from a bathroom that had little smoke extractor. I said i would pay for 2 months in advance but the denied having knowledge of that and said the lady i discussed this terms with had left the job and forced me into accepting my money that i paid been my first and last month payment. Now the are claiming that am the reason for the mould and i would pay even though i have used chemicals alot that is affecting me in cleaning all the time but yet the mould won't go. I believe the know what the are doing because why am i asked always that i would be reliable for a cost that wasn't my fault.
