Employee, after working for a company doing for 3 years was tupe over and their changes causing me mental health issues which are rolling into physical, tried address issue but no action and things just getting worse. It has turned what was a strong mental support in job that would go as far as to say actually enjoyed into somthing that undone 7years of mental health support in 2 days and has done nothing to follow up and offer assistance and resolve the issue now under a month in with them doing same job which liked has turned it a negative that can't stand and hate to point of near suicidal (physically harming for first time in over 12 years) all as result of a guise claiming to be a caring action.... unfortunately we aren't all the same and a 1 size fits all rule which may help many can do the opposite for others and unfortunately I'm an other. If we'd been told if these during the transfer period I would have addressed this before agreeing to sign over to them or could have refused and not joined, now stuck in a hell. Wish I'd never heard of dardan
