Gracechurch st store, friendly, down to earth service, great selection of frames and sunglasses, I could immediately find several pairs I liked, great offer for style service which gives 30% off and interest free monthly payments. Very happy with the service.

I was visiting London from Australia and my reading glasses broke. I found the brand of frames I liked at David Clulow (Cornhill) and turned up first thing on a Monday morning to see if I could get a new pair (I had my prescriptions sent from home). They were very helpful although initially said it could take a couple of weeks, which wouldn’t have worked for me. They then advised that for a small extra amount they could get an express service within a couple of days. What actually happened is that I had my new pair by 5.30 pm that night! I couldn’t have been happier.

I just wanted to share my experience on here as I'm extremely happy with the service and customer care I received at this store. Sophie (store manager) was so professional and such a pleasure to have helping me choose my new glasses. I've never had a great experience at previous optician's over the years but Sophie and her team changed all of that for me, nothing was to much for any of them and I felt so welcome and relaxed. I will definitely be returning in the future and will recommend all family members and friends to this wonderful store. Thank you again Sophie and to all your great team.
