Incredible top notch service. Clean and friendly with a terrific variety of glasses and prices. The optometrist Sonia did my eye test,and gave additional advice on how to look after my eyes a bit better based on age, lifestyle and medications, they have all the latest equipment by the way. A special mention to Alex who helped me pick a new pair of glasses. What I loved was you can look yourself and there's extra advice if you want it. Alex's knowledge of the stock was superb and very helpful... there was no hard sell. These guys will go out of their way to ensure you're delighted with your purchase, and I was. I would go here again #happydays

Incredible customer service! The staff here are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The optician conducting my eye test ensured I was comfortable from the start; the test was carried thoroughly and with a great level of care. She also explained everything including the results in a great level of depth. Will definitely be recommending this branch!

Today I had the best experience ever, with the excellent customer service from Filip. He help me to find the best frames and all the rest I needed. Had as well an eye test with Neha , excellent experience. The customer service here is top grade.
