Not very good at organising work to be done at your property, We have had our gutters down for over a month and they still have not fixed it yet, They don't have a 24/7 emergency contact and only work Mon to Fri so any issues on a weekend have to wait to be dealt with Most of the contractor's they have on there books are available only on Wed to Thurs basis They also up the rent each year and tell you that you are the best tenants they have had David Seymour's is one to really try and avoid due to cost and lack of time management with repairs
