We provide independent RICS regulated inspection and valuation reports for Help-to-Buy and shared ownership redemption. We can also provide you with an independent valuation report to give a better idea of what your property is worth prior to placing it on the market.
We cover the majority of the East Midlands including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Isabel Paton5 StarWe cannot recommend David (and Hayley) enough. Sadly we ended up needing more than one survey completing, but David was knowledgeable, honest and reliable. We had a RICS Level 2 survey and cannot fault the level of detail and speed of getting the reports back to us. I would highly recommend David and wouldn't hesitate to use him again (just hopefully not for a while)!Monday 14th August 2023

I had the valuation done and report completed within a week of contacting. Absolutely faultless service and special mention to Hayley also who has been fantastic. Searching for a surveyor for the first time, heading in to the unknown and after receiving the ‘hard sell’ emails from other companies, I spoke to Hayley. She answered my questions and I felt reassured. A diligent and expeditious service. Chloe Glover5 StarIf your thinking of getting a survey done on a house David Seymour is the guy to go to! We contacted him and his team and within a week everything was completed. I personally didn't know what to expect from a survey being a first time buyer but after receiving a 60 page report I was certainly suprised. He went into detail about the things we asked him specifically to look at and the pictures were there for evidence too. Honestly couldn't recommend him enough!
