Jason Long5 StarWe simply cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. Every single person is not just competent but lovely to talk with too… and to say they were helpful doesn’t cover it.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. When our boiler failed in the ice-cold depths of February, they arrived at our ice-cold home within hours of being called. The engineer, Elliott, also made sure we were warm before returning with the parts needed to fix our oil boiler.
He even fixed our heating while he was here even though we hadn’t call them about it.
We are now warm and cosy, not worried about the boiler having a tantrum, and have kept this company at the top of our pin-board to call whenever we need to. To say our minds are at rest now is an understatement.
So… we are absolutely happy to recommend this company to anyone :)Saturday 5th February 2022

angus crutchfield5 StarDavid promptly responded to my request for the service of an oil-fired boiler as my regular service engineer has had to cease work for personal reasons for the foreseeable future. My boiler was listed for service well within a week. Eliot, David's engineer, arrived bang on 8.30 on the day in question and had the boiler apart and back together again within an hour. He then proceeded to service the heating system including the checking of the pressure in the feeder tanks and cleansing the magnetic in-line filter. Eliot was very efficient, knowledgeable and able to explain in layman's language what he had found and what he proposed as he went along. I was totally satisfied by the service offered and settled the invoice by BACS upon completion. Without a shadow of doubt I can recommend this company to others,Sunday 30th January 2022
