So sorry that this lovely little local business has not reopened so far, always had the best customer sevice when I’ve been in either to buy or have a repair done. Been holding on to a couple of repairs hoping they would soon reopen. Anyway I wish them well with whatever they do in future. Sue x

I haven't been in for at least 12 months. I was just browsing to see if they were open due to the pandemic. Every time I've been in staff have been so friendly to help. Small repairs. Same necklace even. So helpful and definitely would recommend to any one. Small businesses need support especially at a time like now. Hopefully see you soon in the future.😊

Absolutely appalled at the way I was treated today when I went in today was asking if I could have a size of my husbands ring because I needed the next size up baring in mind I'm not sure what ring to get him yet I was completely shut down and told they don't offer that service he said because I am not purchasing anything!!! After telling me that I'm pathetic in front of my two young children I left the store stating that they will lose business that way. Just so you know I went to another jewellers who was more than happy to help because if you wouldn't have shut me down so rudely I would have told you that I need to get my husband another ring because due to him having cancer through treatment his hands have swollen so he can no longer wear his wedding band so thanks for nothing and embarrassing me in front of my children I have made sure I have told everybody I work with (which Is alot) how small you made me feel today so thanks for nothing

In 20 mins managed to shorten an expanding metal watch strap other jewellers had said was too difficult. Very impressed. Nice chap, and will be calling soon to purchase a new watch. Recommend you give this shop a visit.
