DD heating services

I called David out first thing one morning because my elderly mother had no heating. Despite having taken time off because of a heavy cold he came straight round. He completely cleaned out the whole system and did a very thorough job and wasn't prepared to leave until he was completely sure it was all working fine. Excellent service all round. I recently moved to Kessingland and found that my central heating was not working. I called David and he arrived later that evening and fixed it (bearing in mind that during the winter he is extremely busy, so his promptness was remarkable). This problem was not as simple as it sounds because there was a mysterious issue that, with logic and considerable persistence, he tracked down. He is a highly intelligent and resourceful engineer who I would recommend very highly. I said 'Sorry to be such a problem.' He replied, 'You're not a problem, it's my job.' A truly professional approach. He is also a very nice bloke. Had Dd heating round in the week. I called in the morning and he turned up that day at the time I asked to fit in with my work. Was a polite, friendly, professional young gentleman who I trusted to have in my home. Fixed my heating and afterwards even went round and sorted my radiators out aswell as a extra but for no extra charge. All done for his minimum payment which was very reasonable. Worked very clean and tidy. Found my new heating engineer, would not even think about calling anyone else. Highly recommend David is amazing. I got home from a family holiday to find my bolier was not working. David was round within 10 mins. He was quick to find the problem and ordered a new boiler the next day. He completed the job within a few days. I would highly recommend David!

On discovering a leak, soaked carpets & ceiling we called Dave. Whilst we couldn't be sorted for a week in the mean time Dave left us with no leaks and in a much better position. Dave discovered our tank had split and could not be repaired. After a chat with Dave we decided to go with a combi boiler. Well this chap is a machine! He just does not stop! This is a man who knows what he is doing an absolute perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. On completion of the job he cleaned up all mess, hoovered and had all old units removed and disposed of. He even left hoover stripes in the carpet! Thats a good thing! I would not hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone looking for a heating engineer. Hes such a nice person too, very personable Thanks Dave

Great job, went over and above what was requested. Highly recommended. DD Heating provided a very reasonable quote for replacement of our faulty boiler. David did a great job in installation, and re-routed the piping to leave it all very neat and tidy; even spent additional time helping fit TRVs on our radiators and fixing the pipe to the washing machine at no extra cost.

Will only use DD heating services for any plumbing work going forward. Boiler had stopped working after the heavy rain had caused water to ingress into the circuit board. Dave got us in the next day, found the issue quickly and got it all working again. He knows he stuff when it comes to boilers and would highly recommend him.

Absolutely brilliant service, David managed to fit us in at short notice and did an excellent job of repairing and servicing our boiler. He did the most thorough service I’ve ever seen, taking it completely apart and cleaning and checking every component. Couldn’t recommend enough!

David recently completed a magnacleanse of my heating system. He was really helpful throughout and kept me updated during the whole process. He is professional and friendly which made the whole process run smoothly. I've got more work due in the future and will not hesitate to come straight back to David because of his great service.
