No experience of this company's work but I certainly wouldn't recommend them purely on the attitude and lack of care of their driver along the A45/A6 this afternoon: swerving in and out of traffic, little to no indication, jumped a red light because they couldn't be bothered to wait and very obviously speeding in a vehicle that should be limited to 60mph (I had to do 80 to even attempt to catch up to see the company name). 3 lads in the front having a jolly time messing around not giving a toss about anyone else on the road! I'd hate to see their workmanship 😳

I booked De-fence Landscaping to replace my front garden gate. What initially was thought to be a straight forward job turned into one of those you wish you'd never started!! A low laying gas main right where one of the gate posts holes were to be dug. However, Tom very quickly found a safe way around the issue to ensure we could have the gate we wanted and where we wanted. Well played Tom!! Very impressed with this company, excellent standard of work, no mess and competitive prices. Thoroughly recommend.

I emailed this company to do some work in my garden, probably a days work. To replace some slabs, remove decking and replace with gravel and also to gravel over the grass area, I sent a detailed email of the work I wanted doing, even the measurements. When Mr Watson visited he took his own measurements and told me he would send me a quote in a couple of days. Nearly a month later I'm still waiting. If he decided he didn't want to do the work then he should have said. Unreliable and not the way to treat customers. I would not recommend this company.

We have had a terrible experience with this company for what was supposed to be a straight forward fencing job. No care taken whatsoever - I could have done a better job myself. So called rabbit proof wire plonked carelessly on the front of a picket fence - certainly not rabbit proof. Fencing panels misaligned with greenhouse. Other facing essentially consisting of posts and folded over chicken wire! Really unprofessional work. Customer service is rubbish. After numerous emails, a site visit from them to look at (and agree with) the shoddy standard of work and then promising to come and rectify - haven't heard from them since! So disappointed : (

I had an immediate response to my request for a puppy proof garden The Management Team, 2 very polite and courteous young men, came out to assess the job. The same day I received an email with a good competitive price, and within a few days the new fencing was up, carried out by a professional, polite and cheerful team of lads, who made sure the garden and my neighbour's were left clear and tidy after the job.. The completed fencing and gravel boards, done to a very high standard, look really good. I was having the fencing done because of the arrival of a new puppy next week, and the lads went above and beyond by carrying out a couple of little extra jobs, relating to puppy security, which I appreciated very much. I cannot thank all of the staff from De-Fence Landscaping enough, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or thinking of having a new fence. A SUPERB TEAM. Jean Peccioli
