Having had a leaking bathroom for years and employed several 'bathroom experts' to fix the problem at great expense we were given Deans details by a neighbour. He returned my call promptly and came and had a look a couple of days later. After much indecision (on my part) we decided on a complete refurb' rather than just a leak fix. I can honestly say that absolutely nothing was straight forward with the job! Rotten timber, crumbling plasterboard, 'quirky' plumbing, dangerous flooring....... Dean explained at every stage what he was doing - and why. He worked into the evenings at at the weekend and always left the bathroom in a tidy state with functioning toilet. At the end of the job Dean was true to his quote and we have a beautiful - non leaking bathroom. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dean Lawson Property Services and will happily pass on his details to anyone who asks.
