I can’t say enough about Decora Blinds. From the first call to office, to measuring, to fitting we were treated with professionalism. Maureen was so friendly and patient, she explained every detail of the process and made no false promises. The fitters for my blinds were very tidy and same for the guy that fitted our shutters. Needed one slat done for a torn old one. First they didn't have the person available to do the work, next day it was unavailable material. Finally, the following day the work was done and I had even left the old torn one with them so they could measure it correctly and when I got home the slat was 3 cm short. I rang to tell them and they shouted at me as though it wasn't possible (sorry but it was). Will never use them again full stop. Something is wrong with the Customer Service. Update: it was yourself who was shouting at me that it couldn't be correct regarding the measurements. I have since gone to another outfit who did it perfectly and brought it to our home, spoke to us frequently that all had been done to spec. Easily done with no shouting.

I was satisfied with the services I had in my house. However I was extremely dissatisfied with the way I was spoken to over the phone by those in charge at Decora Blinds, I was treated like a criminal with members of staff screaming at me over the phone claiming that I didn't want to pay the full amount for the services. I believe I was told there was a discount but understand that I could've misunderstood that over the phone, English is not my first language. However to be accused and shouted over the phone without the opportunity to even explain my side along with threats of police coming over to my house was not something I believe should've happened.
