Shirin Khan1 StarUnreliable and unprofessional. Do not use! Waited in twice for man to clean my carpet. Both times he did not turn up. First time he said he had the wrong postcode and couldn't contact me because he didn't have my mobile phone number.
Second time he didn't turn up because he couldn't park his vaname on my street. Neither time did he contact me to explain why he didnt turn up. I had to phone him to find out what had happened. He said he didn't have my mobile number or didn't have the correct number and it was my fault. In this day and age, people's phone numbers register on other people's mobile phones so I find this a poor excuse. When I contacted him the second time round he was rude and argumentative and just hung up.
Totally and utterly unprofessional. My husband and I are very disappointed. Do not use!!!!!!!Saturday 4th November 2017
