Me and my husband was looking for something other than the typical sensory class for our daughter who has autism and I’m glad we gave this class a go. All of the staff have been so welcoming and supportive and my daughter absolutely loves it. After the first class she stopped wearing her ear defenders which makes me a very proud mum! It’s a very upbeat environment and she’s thrives in it, I couldn’t recommend this class enough!

Can’t speak highly enough of these guys and their amazing skills . I did a lot of research to find the right place for my little girl who finds socialising hard and lacks a lot of confidence . Feel like we’ve hit the jackpot here. All the instructors and kids are just amazing . They are so friendly , caring , kind , extremely skilled and fun to be around . Teaching the kids amazing defending skills and building their confidence . Each class is jam packed with learning how to defend yourself whilst boosting your confidence in such a fun way . You can certainly tell , that all the instructors love teaching the kids the moves and skills they need . As a family we are extremely grateful for everything you’ve done and are doing for our daughter. Thank you all so much 😍x

Absolutely brilliant, My very shy daughter has only been going for four weeks and already we have seen her confidence grow due to everyone involved at the defence lab. Whilst teaching the benefits of martial arts the team brings a fun friendly feel to each activity, Would highly recommend anyone to join the defence lab family, 🟢⚫

Absolutely amazing self defence system, learning to attack, and protect yourself too. It's a fantastic all rounder. Our instructor Paul is one of the best in the world at this, and his teaching style is first class. That's why I bring my kids along to learn, along with my wife and I, helping out with the kids classes, and also training it ourselves too. We totally believe in DNA.
