Great service from start finish, Jay and his apprentice replaced some radiators for us, they were punctual, clean and tidy with the use of dust sheets etc When refilling the system there was a problem with the boiler (nothing they had done wrong) it was getting late on a Friday afternoon,genuinely could not fault them there was no flap or panic and knew exactly what was needed, after returning with some parts and successfully fitting them we were up and running, nothing was ever too much trouble. 2 of the rooms the new radiators were being fitted in were currently being redecorated, early on in the job they asked if while they were working down stairs would we like to paint behind the radiators while they were off the wall before they fitted the new ones it had crossed my mind but thought it was cheeky to ask, how thoughtful. Overall very professional will definitely use again.

Phoned this morning as I had a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling. Spoke to Ross who was very helpful and polite and arrived shortly afterwards. Problem fixed very quickly and I was informed of every step of what was happening and what was needed. Fantastic service, very professional workmanship. Very highly recommend.
