The guys at Derby Kawasaki have been excellent every time I have visited. Unfortunately I purchased my bike from a different Kawasaki dealer before I found these guys. My experience with the other dealer was not great and Derby have looked after me ever since. Nothing is too much hassle and every member of the team has amazing customer service skills. Always enjoy my visit to Derby Kawasaki. Keep up the good work guys. Honest advice and excellent quality work every time. See you soon for my next service.

Very clean, very organised. They clearly know their stuff and were not pushy at all. Ended up buying a new bike and very happy with it and the after sales service which is excellent.

Bought a second had bike from them & it was immaculate & I could not fault the price, the sales staff or the delivery driver. Overall a very good experience especially as I bought the bike without actually seeing it. Extremely pleased with everything & would highly recommend Derby Kawasaki.

I was advised to go to Derby Kawasaki after struggling to get on with a geared lesson. Wanted to buy a Kawasaki Z125 as this was the bike i was having my lessons on and i felt this would be the most sensible path to go with until i was fully competent to take my licence test and progress to a bigger engine. As i walked through the doors i noticed everyone was busy so i kindly asked the Technician Engineer would they have a Z125 available ? He more or less stopped what he was working on and took me to see the bikes outside and gave me a quick rundown on what they've got and showed me a Z125. Very helpful and i felt he went beyond his job role to try his best to support me with my questions. He even went back into the shop and asked if it was still available and how much. After introducing me to one of his colleagues who could help me further i decided i would buy my bike helmet from here too, just going on the first initial experience as i entered them doors i knew this was a business built on customer service. Very detailed engaging conversion on what sort of bike helmets they had and what would be best for me.. at no point was there any pushy sales pitch. Just felt he was very Knowledgeable courteous and had a pleasant mild manner about him. Once decided on my accessories i then was presented to the Sales Consultant. Yet again fantastic ! welcoming, friendly and professional. Really just captured me how they all worked as a unit striving for premium customer service. Finally the Manager, a credit to his profession showed genuine interest and truly gave me a very competitive deal. I can only congratulate Derby Kawasaki for the service they delivered. From start to finish this was a glowing example on how team ethics striving for the best for the customer, results in a customer experience that is the benchmark that every business should aim for. OUTSTANDING !!!!
