As a person who recently began using the car nearly 5 days a week for commuting from home to work and then back again, I found myself in a slightly difficult situation where nearly no local garages could accommodate me without causing disruptions to my schedule. My car was due for a full service and needed an odd suspension knock sorting out, so even those garages who could be more or less flexible required me to come in at least twice to get those issues sorted, which is, then again, not ideal. I nearly came to terms with the idea that I'll have to get creative with both my work and time-off schedules, when I came across Dev Autoworkz's contact details in Google. Even though I didn't have a clue of how it would work, having the car repaired and serviced without me leaving it elsewhere overnight sounded very tempting. Diyar is a real gentleman, both during the phone call and in-person. He listened to my concerns, explained the way he works, then we arranged a suitable time for both of us to do the service on the car first and then see if the suspension knock can be repaired as well. On the agreed day he turned up right on time, asked for my keys and left me to get on with my day. In about 2 hours the service was done, which I find to be amazing! Definitely beats leaving the car in the garage for the whole day! Diyar has also done a health check, spotted that my front tyres' threads were nearing the legal limit (thanks for saving me from penalty points and hefty fines!) and managed to identify the issue with my car's wishbones. I was delighted to book his services once more to have the suspension fixed, and after another visit my car began running like it's done only a third of its mileage on the clock! And all this was done without me leaving my flat or waiting for more than a few hours to get my car keys back! If you haven't figured it out yet (well done for reaching this point of the review by the way), I'm so delighted with the service I was provided that I decided to write this review, and I'm not the one who writes them often. If you're looking for a flexible, professional, honest and fairly priced car service, I bet you'll be hard pressed to find a better value that Dev Autoworkz provides. Dev Autoworkz and Diyar in particular are a gem of the automotive trade, thank you very much once again!
