We are delighted with the professionalism of this company, extremely knowledgable, approachable, very high standard of work. We had our old boiler heating system replaced. 5 out of 5 service, professional, would highly recommend the services of Diamond Heating Solutions to friends family and anyone who required any heating services undertaken. Firstly due to issues with my old boiler, I had Diamond Heating Solutions to review this and they undertook a fully assessment on the boiler and swiftly identified a split in the heat exchanger causing water loss when the heating was on or hot water, which was not identified by other companies.Therefore on review of the part offered me the option for replacement of the faulty part however due to the price, this made no sense so therefore I requested if they could install a new boiler with the Hive thermostat. They took care of all the purchasing of the equipment and kept me regularly updated on what device was to be installed, the warranty I would get with the new boiler and also timescales for installation On installation the team reworked the piping, which was kept very neat and tidy and we’re always in touch to ensure I was happy with how the boiler was placed and the piping. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend the services to anyone in need. The price was great and the installation was completed within a day.

Absolutely outstanding service my boiler had brocken down today Christmas Eve Diamond Heating Solutions was highly recommended by a family friend to use....I can definitely understand why! Tim went out of his way to come and fix the problem for us I expected it to be an expense bill but was very satisfied on how much it cost us... Now we have got Heating system back up and running again... Thank You so much 100% would highly recommended to all my family & friends to use this company.
