I recently dealt with this company because they were local - I thought that would improve my chances of getting a good service. I couldn't have been more mistaken. I ended up getting the job finished with another company.

Avoid Avoid Avoid...!!! I spent a significant amount of money with this firm for comprehensive CCTV system. They were recommended by a reputable electrician I've used before. The system stopped working within a year and I've had excuse after excuse as to why that is (including falsely accusing me of tampering with the system!). Upshot is that it's still not working fully (no remote access, which is the important bit) and the last i've heard from the owner is that 'I could fix it in 10 minutes but not unless you pay an additional £200' I am now sourcing an alternative provider to fix it and will be reclaiming through the small claims court. My electrician has called and apologised and agreed that this is not how to do business and they won't be referring this company again. Deal with this company at your peril, I've no doubt there will be a response refuting my account of what has happened, but it will be lies as I've experienced already.
