Direct Plumbing & Heating Solutions was established in the summer of 2017, bringing over 13 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry. We are based in Derbyshire and cover all surrounding areas. We are a small business what provides high quality workmanship from start to finish.

Is to provide a wide range of high quality plumbing and heating services at competitive prices. We as a business believe in training for the future and have apprentices on board our team. Myself and fellow engineers (sub contractors) regularly undertake courses to keep up to date with modern technology and regulations.

Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand with advice when needed. They were very professional, honest and we as family felt very comfortable while they were working in our home. We were in a real sticky position, no water or heating and the team responded the next morning to diagnose the problem so parts and equipment could be ordered. Simon Hill5 StarMoved into a new home last autumn, the boiler was functioning as the house was red hot only problem was I struggled to get enough hot water for a bath - I love me baths.
Anyways like most folks when you move its a little expensive and you have to prioritise. I thought I'd get the boiler checked out, so looked for a local plumber found a couple of businesses who offered a couple of solutions. Turns out the boiler was over 15 years old, I wasn't planning on replacing the boiler but Direct Plumbings proposal ticked all the necessary boxes, decent brand of boiler, fantastic price and they could fit me in within a couple of weeks, the cost enabled me to bolt on the Nest upgrade.
Decided to commit, Daniel and Josh completed the job without any fuss, tool 1/2 day and I haven't regretted the decision. Direct Plumbing also provide trade-in services, so I got a bit of money back by recycling the old boiler. Which to be fair saved me getting rid of the old unit.
Thoroughly recommend Direct Plumbing.
