jez prime5 StarLight fixture replacement and new LED tube in my kitchen. The team back at base answered the phone quickly and were very helpful, job was booked in on the initial call. On the day Dan called to let me know he was on way (was actually about an hour earlier than expected) and replaced the fitting and tube quickly and efficiently. All was as expected from beginning to end, very happy and will be contacting DLB next time I have electrical work which needs doing. I was happy with the price, which was comparable with the people who previously changed the original tube for me.Thursday 30th September 2021

Lesley answered the phone at DLB electrics and was very professional and kind trying to book work in that would suit us. It was a difficult time in our lives and Lesley’s professional and gentle handling of the call really meant a lot to us at the time. I came right back to DLB to book in a re-wire of the house after my mother in law passed away knowing that the call would be handled kindly and professionally to book in the work.
