He gave some very good advice and took measures to reduce the likelihood of the same thing happening again, keeping me informed at every stage. He took a lot of trouble to do the job properly and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. We were also pleasantly surprised at the bill considering the amount of time he gave us overall. Why does your central heating always give up when its cold? Thanks to Dorchester Boiler Solutions Ltd it was quickly fixed with a new part and we are toasty warm again. I have used this company on a couple of occasions and wouldn’t hesitate in using them in the future. Very professional work and engaging with the customer to keep me informed what he was doing and why. Telephoned pre-visit on the morning to confirm he was on his way. I will be using WML for all future plumbing and electrical requirements. An absolutely first class job. Wayne visited at short notice on the date requested to ascertain the work required. He then, under no pressure, gave me several options for work to rectify a faulty heating system. The work was carried out the next day to a high standard. He is courteous and clearly explained what was happening. Great service, reliable and I would definitely recommend him.
