I attended with my vehicle as I believed Douglas Park had a good customer service reputation and it would have been worth the extra cost to have specialists carry out the work, however this was not the case. My car was returned to me 7hours after i dropped it off whilst i sat in the waiting area on it. It appears the "specialists" have used the wrong tool to remove the cover, returning it damaged and not correctly fitted. I have emailed regarding this and had no response, would AVOID at all costs.

Very disappointed- I booked my car in to have a fault fixed under warranty. Very nice man completed this for me and booked my car in for about 4 weeks later - and agreed to pick up and drop back my car to my house. Come the day, no-one turns up to collect my car, and on telephoning the garage was told they have no record of my car being booked in, and in addition no longer want to offer the service of collection, as they wouldn’t normally offer it to my postcode! But you DID offer it? What is happening to customer service these days? Expect mistakes? - yes -, but when they happen would normally expect them to to rectified satisfactory. Very disappointing and frustrating. And X customer of Douglas Park Stirling 😔

AVOID! Booked in car for brake pads and discs to be renewed & also to investigate engine light… advised engine light was sorted after keeping the car in for 4 days but engine light came back on. Other errors showing in car as an electrical fault but mini did not pick up on this, all lights on the left hand side were out as a pin was burnt out, how did they not pick up on this? Mini won’t fix engine light FOC, which is the issue they said was fixed. We are going to fix electrical error ourselves. Paid over £1600 and now going to have to pay more to get the engine light error fixed properly. Emailed customer services nearly 2 weeks ago and have not had a reply. Always trusted Mini with my car but will not be going back after this experience.

A great selection of mini and BMW cars. Went to pick up the mini after getting a puncture and superb service. During the wait had a good look at the new cars including the very nice i26. Great service and very nice place to go.

Bought Mini Countryman All4 in June.Service was fine.Car was great. Unfortunately when the cold weather came, so did the troubles. Every time it was frosty I was frozen out car. I had a 4x4 that I couldn't access.Rubber seals were frozen solid. Contacted dealer & Mini Customer Services.No solution or resolution.Car not fit for purpose. Has been returned to dealer with significant financial loss. I need a car that I can actually drive. No- one overly bothered. Bad experience !
