Been meaning to write this review for three months, Alex managed to find the route issue fixed the problem with the boiler efficiently. Previous to calling Drake's I had called a different company the engineer mentioned that the boiler pump assembly part needed changing and had quoted a significantly higher fee for replacing the pump assembly . Alex had checked the boiler notified me that the pump assembly part is in good condition and requires no replacement. This is far the best plumbing company, Highly recommend this company.

Alex came around and sorted our leak and boiler breakdown after our insurance company let us down. He went well over and above to get us up and running. Coms great, work great. You could tell he genuinely wanted to help us. Great service and would give 6 stars if I could.

Alex and team have been fab! Fully trustworthy, reliable and friendly. Had them over twice - last year to fit a Nest thermostat and install radiator and recently for a chemical flush, magna filter and boiler service. We also had a leaky shower that they took a look at and fixed for us. Will be using Drake for all heating and plumbing services. Very honest as well, when we needed our radiators replaced we thought we would need 2 or 3, and they assessed them and said only 1 needed replaced the others still had life in them unless we wanted to change the design. Have recommended to friends!

Alex arrives promptly and is always polite and highly professional, informative and extremely knowledgeable. We must have been the installation from hell as I wanted the boiler in a very awkward area, great for me horrid for installer, nothing fazes him. His recommendation to the placement of fixtures etc. was brilliant and aesthetically pleasing. He took care that there was minimum disruption and stayed late to ensure that the install was completed as early as possible. He tidied and took waste away. Would highly recommend Alex.

After phoning a few plumbers, drake plumbing and heating were the most helpful and efficient. They come round to do the job the following day at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the work done, definitely recommended and will use again!
