Great for getting keys cut. I had some done at another place but the new keys did not actually work. Very professional guy at DSC did them for me and they are fine. Watch out for unexpected opening hours though in fact a good idea to phone first to make sure they are open.

I have been a very happy customer of DSC for 20 years. However, this year (since the change of ownership to Spy Alarms) I experienced a catalogue of issues with my annual Alarm Service. After leaving a negative review I received a call from the Service Manager at DSC Alarms / Spy Alarms and they discussed with me the numerous issues I had this year. To their credit they acknowledged and accepted there had been numerous issues this year for which they apologised. Based on the friendly and constructive call with their Service Manager and 20 years of previously good service I have therefore decided to remain a DSC Alarms Customer for another year and have updated this review. Hopefully next year I won't experience any problems and the issues this year will turn out to have been short-term teething troubles caused by the change of ownership.

DSC used to be a great firm until taken over by another company, since then the customer service side of things has been awful. After being fobbed off following a fault with our home security system I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

EXTREMELY POOR COMPANY We took out an alarm system in our gym, all working fine but after an issue came up the refused to help us in any way. Our alarm needed an engineer code to clear our faults but due to DSC now deciding not to cover our area they refused to send anybody or supply us with any code to help with another engineer. So in the end we will need to replace the whole alarm system due the extremely poor service and also the lack of willing to help. Once they have sold you a product and locked you in that's it they don't care. POOR COMPANY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FOBBED OFF AT EVERY OPPURTUNITY

We had a problem with the locking mechanism on our back door, the glazing company who did the installation tried but couldn't help.One visit to DSC resolved that problem, very quickly and efficiently. Very friendly helpful company. Thanks again.
