Met a very rude staff at Chesterfield Road, Sheffield! My daughter was trying the little rocking dinosaur. I told my daughter off as it was for little kids and she will break it. A member of staff approached, said the same thing to my daughter. We apologised. Then this staff said you break it, you pay for it very rudely! Then she walked off. We carried on shopping. Just a minutes later, she brought another member of staff pointing at us mouthing some words for from a distance! What an experience! My last time shopping at this Dunelm Chesterfield Road, Sheffield branch! Thanks for being so rude!

Don't visit really poor service, yes the products and range is brilliant but the staff are appealing, no please, thanks or anything. We bought a quilt set once got it home opened up to find not been stitched correctly on the pillow case and the duvet cover had run lines from the stitching, returned the product to find two staff stood chatting and as walked towards them they walked off, the the counter assistant was very rude, no apologies for the goods hardly spoke and yes we got a credit back but the art of communication has gone from the branch, just to warn you..

I will shop here every Christmas, their products and delivery services have never disappointed me. I consumed 10 products on Christmas, from Dorma quilts to toppers, from Dunelm curtains to bed sheets. After the busy Christmas, I received all the items very quickly and I was really very happy.

Overall this is a lovely store, it's bright, well stocked, and has a good variety of products. The only downfall is the narrow aisles and crowded entrance (walking in and having to squeeze through displays and products).
