'' AVOID AT ALL COST '' from buying '' Durite '' products, I've had trouble with the company over the last few weeks after my Durite product developed a fault , ( Poor Quality Products - Terrible Customer / Technical Service Support ) The Durite customer support E-mail address they don;t Not respond to what so ever, I was forced to go down different avenues just to get a response from them on my product issue, Which then I was forced to keep having to Re-send the E-mail because they just wouldn't reply, They are Not helpful to customers in the slightest when a customer reach out to them for help. I spent many hours / weeks contacting them writing E-mails for updates on the issue and they still couldn't help regarding the situation, All because a poor Durite product of theirs because faulty which cost me hours of my time etc with no positive end result from the company to leave a better customer experience review....Company's these days don't understand that Good after sale service reviews goes a very long way.. AVOID AT ALL COST if you don't like head aches they bring with their after sales service!
