Hi. In my opinion DW plumbing customer service and reliability is shocking. But you should make your own mind up DW were very good at the beginning, but getting a written down price from them was impossible. I eventually had a verbal price, but failed to ever get them to tell me if that was including VAT. They said they were starting this week for three weeks. Yet failed to turn up on any day the said they would. On customer service, they were very unresponsive most of the time. And completely ignored me for the last 7 days leaving me to work out myseltf they would never be coming. Leaving the entire project completion date in jeopardy. Their actions have added to the project costs. Is this the level of service you want or expect?

Typically, tried the heating after the summer to find the radiators wouldn't heat up. Called and came out quickly and diagnosed a failed pump and was able to get the part and fit within the hour. Heating restored! Many thanks for such prompt service at a reasonable price.

Dan came out and removed my gas fire and it was a seamless. He was punctual, clean and exceptionally effient. He is super friendly and I will be remaining a customer of his in the future. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. thank you.
