I was given a quote within half hour of contact by Jack which I accepted and they even offered to come and fit the new shower that same afternoon.
Many thanks to Elliot who came and fitted the unit the following day and was punctual, polite & professional.

lonedragon735 StarI first had the pleasure of meeting Jack & Elliot in June 2020 after I returned home from a night shift to a hissing sound under my airing cupboard floor. Sending messages out to a few plumbers on Check-A-Trade, as it was a Sunday morning, Jack was the first to respond (even before I had a chsnce to go to bed) and came out the same day to investigate. Over the coming week, Jack located and repaired the leak. At the same time I enquired about the non existent water pressure I had in my taps, I'd always been told over the years nothing could be done but Jack recommended a particular new tank system he'd installed in a few properties on the same estate where I lived. Whilst it wasn't an expense I was expecting, well worthwhile to have free flowing hot water from every tap. Jack & Elliot sorted that out, whilst also fixing an issue with my toilet and installing a new shower unit to work with the new hot water system, I like to get my money's worth. And then just today Jack and Elliot have been over to sort out blocked pipes from my washing machine, sorted out swiftly and fully tested before they left. They always work around my sleep arrangements which is much appreciated even if it means a later finish for them. I can't recommend Eco-serve Ltd enough, responsive, polite, helpful, friendly & just everything you need when you have a household emergency.Friday 19th March 2021
