The quality of the work Calvin and Chris have done is exemplary. Having had electrical work done in the past the service that EcoBright Electrical Services have provided is a class apart. The fixings, lights, thought process and attitude of Calvin and Chris has been really impressive. Timely, to budget and with a very measured, meticulous approach to their work they gave confidence to us right from the beginning. Even when we said we wanted a very challenging chandelier installed in a difficult location they embraced the task, delivered it with great humour and professionalism. Calvin and his colleagues have carried out all the electrical work on the renovation and extension of our Grade 2 listed cottage originally built in 1770. The cottage has had an extensive refurbishment of the older areas of the building plus a large new build extension and remodelling at the rear. A wide range of electrical work has been carried out starting with moving the incoming supply from overground to underground on the opposite side of the house (in conjunction with SSE who handled the external supply), where Calvin re-wired the internal electrics to install a new consumer unit connecting with the new external supply location. All circuits in the older areas of the house were checked and where necessary repaired. All lights, light switches and plug sockets have been changed throughout the house, fitting the latest standard of energy efficient lighting where suitable. Supply to an external garage for power and lighting was also created. For the new build and remodelled areas Calvin carried out first, second and final fix of all electrics including lighting, sockets & switches, smoke detectors, fans and kitchen supply along with controls for underfloor heating in six rooms. All of the work has been carried out to a high standard and in a flexible and friendly way. There has been good coordination with the builder carrying out the main building works. We have been very happy for Calvin and his colleagues to carry out all of our electrical works.
