Jo Mott5 StarUnfortunately I cannot leave a higher review than 5 star but I would if I could. Our very old house had a ground level damp problem and Luke identified the cause and installed a new soakaway in the front garden. All this was done quickly, professionally and very tidily, leaving our front garden as it was before. Luke worked hard all weekend in the pouring rain to get this job done for us before Christmas. We had to call him back a couple of weeks later for a totally unrelated problem with blocked drain in different part of the house. Again, Luke turned up when he said he would, on time, and cleared the blockage quickly. This is a professional company who appreciate the need for good communication, good timekeeping and reliability. Due to the age of our house and the ancient drainage system, no doubt we will have other problems in the future and will not hesitate to call Luke and Elite Flow again.Tuesday 10th January 2023
