Adam and the team at Elitescapes did an amazing job renovating our back garden. This is the second job that they have done for us and we have not been disappointed. We wanted a complete redesign of both the back garden and front driveway and were looking for a local company. Elitescapes had received so many five star reviews that we contacted them first. We were not disappointed. They discussed our requirements with us and offered other ideas and suggestions. We were so impressed by them that we decided to search no further. The works were carried out with speed, efficiency and great attention to detail. What particularly impressed us was that Adam kept us informed every step of the way. If we contacted him with a query, he responded immediately or as soon as he possibly could. It was reassuring to be able to contact him at any time. The other members of his team were a pleasure to have around - friendly, polite, considerate to our neighbours and happy to accommodate a last minute adjustment. Thanks to Adam and the team at Elitescapes, we now have a beautiful new garden and front of house which we will enjoy for many years ahead.

Adam promptly responded to our initial enquiry and attended shortly thereafter in order to provide us with a quote. He provided some great ideas on how the garden could be made better whilst keeping it low maintenance and providing sufficient space for the children to play. He sent us the quote that same afternoon, which was great because we were hoping to get the work underway within the next month. His quote was reasonable, and he answered all our questions in full very promptly. This gave us the confidence to go ahead and we could not have chosen a better company to go ahead with! Adam was able to fit the works in within 2 weeks of his initial visit and he and his team have done a fabulous job! The level of communication from him and his team was just perfect – asking us when needed for our opinion on what we liked whilst also informing us about what would happen each day. On the day he purchased the plants, we even got pictures to enable us to choose how tall a plant we wanted. This helped us massively in deciding whether the extra money was worth spending to get taller plants (for privacy). His team onsite were excellent – very friendly, approachable and hard working. We would especially like to thank Matt, who worked non-stop for 3 days to make the garden amazing! He is clearly very experienced and has a great eye for design. The whole team seemed to work together very well, they were very punctual and just got on with the work, even when it rained! They transformed an unloved garden with uneven surface to a space we want to spend time in and look at every time we do the washing up in the kitchen! For days after the works we could not believe it was our garden! We are incredibly happy with the end result and everyone who has seen the garden has been very complimentary and are asking for Adam’s details now! We would definitely use Elitescapes in our next house and will be recommending him to everyone who wants a beautiful garden! Here are some before and after pictures:
