Absolute nightmare to deal with! Management are very rude and pushy, only seem to be interested in the money and definitely not the concerns of my child. Admittedly the staff are lovely mannered and down to earth people, Staff turn over is very high which speaks volumes of the workplace and Management. This often leads to my child being left with people id never spoke to before which is slightly discomforting. All in all would avoid Elmore in general.

At first I was amazed by the nursery my son loved it and I loved it. After a while he started to bite multiple times and they told me it’s just a face and it was he went fine. suddenly they told me we don’t have the “capacity” to watch your son and suggested to decrease his sessions. I told them we can’t but they insisted So I registered him in the other branch nothing personal and I was polite enough to be sure I discussed the situation with the manager Jemma ! The awful thing is that the Manager Jemma talked to the other branch behind my back god knows what she said that I received an email right before our first visit and they told me that Jemma talked to them and they don’t have a place for him after sending me all the details earlier and They do have places morning AND afternoon. Plus they didn’t have the nerve and decency to talk to me over the phone or in person. Instead of being honest they lied right to my face. Whatever they’re are many nurseries much better than them but what a shame the staff were good but terrible management. Shame on you Elmore nursery !
