Jo Bottom5 StarI have been a long standing ESS Customer and have recently moved house, they have always offered excellent customer service so once again I choose to have my home security provided by them. Once again they have been fantastic, a young engineer called Evan installed my system he was so helpful and demo the system to myself. They system is easy to use and professionally installed. I am under a maintenance contract with them which is extremely good value for money, I would highly recommend this company.Monday 23rd November 2020
Kenneth Watson5 StarI am a pensioner and wanted a new security system fitting, I called Ess security, the lady in the office was very helpful and knowledgeable and arranged for the surveyor to come to our property. Paul gray attended on the day and time arranged where he demonstrated the system that he was planning to install, he was very helpful and explained how the system operated. After getting another quote from a different provider we decided to go with Ess security, due to the customer service that we had received to date. The engineers were very neat and tidy, they are a credit to the company. We are over the moon with our new alarmMonday 23rd November 2020
