I have used Etta Plumbing for my boilers annual service for the past 3 years and have this week had to call them as my boiler developed a problem leaving me with no heating / hot water when temperatures were well below freezing. I thought there would be no hope of getting an engineer out quickly but they managed to get out to fix the boiler the same day despite evidently being extremely busy. I can't fault their service or the helpfulness of Jim or Marc.

We used Etta for installation of 2 new radiators. Fantastic service and detailed surveying of the best way to complete the job. Costs were detailed and upfront. Fantastic communication from Steve and the guys who came to do the job were spot on. Steve has also taken out of hours phone calls to get my heating system back up and running after a valve failed(not related to the installation). Highly recommend using Etta.

Fab service from start to finish! We had thermo valves on all radiators, a system treatment and an area of piped underfloor heating plumbed in. Steve took the time to make sure we understood what would be done and how it would then work with the old system. On the day we were booked in, the guys arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and definitely knew their stuff. The jobs were done well within the timescale promised. the guys were very tidy and left no mess or water leakage. The system works brilliantly and the new underfloor heating is lovely and warm. Many thanks for the professional service, based on the work we had done, I would recommend these guys for your heating needs.

Etta did a great job again. Steve the boss came out to price up some domestic plumbing work, additional outside taps, fit a few new radiators, pressurize the heating system move a gas pipe, fix a few leaking radiator joints, remove a gas heater. Lots of small bits. Steve gave me his price, which was perfectly acceptable. Then he gave me a date for the work to be done whilst he was still with us. His team came (2 plumbers and an apprentice). The tradesmen were professional, cleaned up behind them. I cannot fault there work, it is well though out, and Steve makes sure the best & neatest job is done. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Etta and team.
