Ordered car parts from their website and 20 minutes later it said payment declined, used another card and also didn't work so I placed an order under a different email, phone number and bank card and finally worked. The parts were delivered quickly but the next day they delivered them again. We were confused and told them to return them. I then thought to myself that they might have taken payment twice. I checked my bank statements and to my fear they have taken payment for both orders. I phoned up their head office customer service line as I thought online order enquiries have to go through them first. Phoned at the exact minute their phone lines opened and still had to wait 20 minutes. Explained the situation to the staff on the phone and he had been arguing that my payment hadn't been declined even though I've got emails it was and that wasn't the point of my call. I ordered something and been charged for something twice due to their poor website. The staff finally understood my enquiry after 10 minutes and all he said was as it was dispatched from a local branch he can only email them for them to refund me which takes 14 days. I'm sure from the order number they can see one of the orders haven't been delivered and can refund me there and then. So I had to beg someone for a lift to take me to Hamiltonhill branch to ask for a refund. Staff in store was quick to resolve the problem but unfortunately I can't give more than 3 stars due to their poor website and online customer service. Also caused me a massive inconvieince and time out of my already day since I don't have a car since it's getting fixed and have to spend time getting public transport or lifts everywhere. All in all very poor from Euro Car Parts Online Customer Service Team.
