No efficiency, no matter what time you get here, there’s always a queue. One person on the till, no separate click and collect which would make more sense. Process needs reviewing massively, will avoid using at all costs if I can help it. 30min plus queue at least.

Cashless online ordering now, can't pay cash in branch with a click and collect. Speed bumps to access the branch can be a bit harsh, some of your customers may have lowered cars.. 30 min queue, one person serving who I felt sorry for. No initiative to put another member of staff on the counter to help clear the shop. Had I not been forced to pre-pay online I would have walked out like many other customers in the queue. Will only use as a last resort from now on.
