Ordered the trim from Express Grass and was really pleased with the quality and how it finished off my decking. Same can't be said for DX delivery, but Express Gras can't be blamed for that Mickey Mouse outfit. Fantastic customer service though that kept me informed all the way, and refunded me my delivery charge A**

I ordered a 4m artificial grass roll from this company, never again. Delivery was quite fast, but the driver lied to my wife telling her he had only a small parcel in the van and that he would leave it on the ground floor. When my wife went down she found a 4m artificial grass roll dumped on the floor and no sign of the driver. While I accept the driver was not obliged to deliver to a specific floor I found very dishonest that he had to lie to my wife and run away like a rat. I contacted the customer service and despite the operator was not there, he was not willing to believe my side of the story, telling me that the driver did not lie to my wife. Also, the quality of the produ ct I have received, is very bad and I could have bought a much better product on other websites for a cheaper price. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered from them nearly two months ago now not Received my grass tried a number of times to get in touch there phone doesn’t work and do not answer there emails I contacted there delivery service and there was no record of them receiving a package I would like a refund for what I’ve paid as this is ridiculous

I have purchased on 2 occasion and they were good 3rd time they sent me a total different product and now the garden looks a miss match.I have emailed and contacted them numerous times but no response back. The darker one is what I purchased twice before I can't finish my garden until the correct one is sent, I have workman waiting to complete the job They deserve 0

Ordered with this company some grass, underlay, weed sheet, glue and applicator gun and a Stanley knife. I paid £20 for next day delivery. My delivery comes next day but it’s only the grass, glue and applicator gun. The courier informs me the rest will come tomorrow, it all did apart from the Stanley knife, and I am happy with all my things in the end. Credit to express grass they refunded me for the Stanley knife and next day delivery charge so thumbs up for that. I would recommend this company BUT perhaps don’t rely on them if you need it next day, allow more time just in case as I don’t actually know what the delay was as according to the tracking the other items had only been dispatched on the day I was actually meant to be getting them and from Aberdeen?
