Just had Fence connections finish fully landscaping my rear garden. Simply put, it’s stunning. The level of workmanship has been excellent and they work really hard to do an outstanding job. They did exactly what they said they would do, consulted with me every step of the way and made sure I was happy with everything they did. The price was very competitive and the quality of materials used was great. Initially I was very pleased with the work having seen it progress. Foolishly I paid their invoice without closely inspecting their work. I then discovered rubbish dumped hidden from sight, stones thrown on our vegetable beds and a wheelbarrow minus a bolt. A poorly fitting fence panel, Also furniture on double gates had been incorrectly fitted and bolts that should secure the hinges were not fitted. The gates warped and one of the hinges buckled. I messaged and was told this would be the first job they would sort after Christmas. January I messaged again and was assured it would be next week. Next week came and went but no sign of them. We ended clearing up their rubbish. I phoned multiple times and got no answer and then I had an answer but their phone was apparently not working and they could not hear me. A couple of weeks later I phoned and actually spoke to someone who said that he’d speak to his son who would come back and sort this job. I asked for his number in case I heard nothing. He said he would speak to him the next day and if I heard nothing he would pass on his number. I heard nothing but then went back to getting no answer to my phone calls. Every time I look at the gates I feel angry and disappointed at having paid for this job to be done. I hate leaving a poor review. Maybe this company is very good at some jobs and perhaps if I wasn’t 15 miles away or if they weren’t so busy they would be bothered to come and put right the work.

From quote to finish, Craig and his team were exceptional. Always arrived when arranged. Friendly, polite and professional team, leaving site tidy and all paths leading to the garden cleaned at the end of each day. We are delighted with our new layout and curved patio in porcelain tile, and although we had to wait several months before Craig could start, the end result was definitely worth the wait down to he’s high demand .
