Order placed for £1600 worth of batteries which haven’t arrived. Unable to contact the company via email (email provided in response to negative review previously came back as undeliverable and no response from email provided on website) and phone number goes to voicemail despite multiple attempts made. Order confirmation attached to this review, along with previous review which has since disappeared. Shoddily run company which has poor communication skills - although can apparently respond sharply to public negative review, just not to queries as to where items are! UPDATE - have contacted company asking for a refund, which was promised on Monday. No money received as of 08/09

Extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. The staff member I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable about the products I enquired about, he also advised me of alternatives they had available that would save me money, which, when starting a new business, was just what I needed. Will certainly recommend them and be using them again in the future.
