I contacted in morning ., requesting same-day assistance for a drain pipe that needed to be cleaned and a blockage cleared. Very pleasant, explained everything they were going to do to fix my problem.

First Call Ashford tech came to my house to install a hot water heater he was fast efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to come out and the same day I called. Thank you for a job well done.

Avoid! I feel like I've been completely ripped off due to their very expensive call out fee and poor customer service. The engineers that were sent seemed not to have a clue. They stood in my kitchen for half hour on the phone to other engineers asking for advice. They then went on to advise I might need a new part and I would be contacted shortly with price. After a few days I still had not heard anything and chased. The part was expensive they offered to send through a price for new boiler, a week later and I've yet to hear from them. Basically paid £178 for two strangers to stand in my kitchen for half hour.
