I own a nursery, I rang up at 7.30 in the morning as we had no heating. They were with me at 8am. They looked at my boiler, worked out what was wrong, ordered the parts and fitted it. He kept me informed throughout the process and was never late. Good plumbers are hard to find. I'll be keeping his number close to hand. Thank you for sorting it out and giving up your bank holiday

Called Lewis to see if he could come see a faulty boiler. He was able to see me the same day where he identified the problem and ordered the part promptly. He was very professional, communicated all the way through and was fantastic value for money. My boiler is working fine now and I won't hesitate to use again.

Really easy transaction- Lewis was very responsive and it was only a few days after I first contacted him that our shower was installed hassle free and for a very fair price. He was friendly and professional and even took old shower away and didn’t leave a big mess which was great. Will definitely contact First Point Plumbing again next time I have a plumbing or heating job. Thanks Lewis

Really impressed with Lewis - he came and replaced our boiler at short notice during a very cold spell for which we were very grateful. On another occasion he came out immediately upon contacting him, to sort out an (unrelated) leak in our bathroom. All work done to a high standard, excellent value, and a really nice chap.
