They are always polite, friendly and informative. They explain the work which they need to carry out or have carried out in a way which is easily understood, me not knowing a thing about cars. David Coloini5 StarHaving turned up on the day, with no appointment or booking, and with a problem with my rear brakes, Nick was more than accommodating to take a look at the issue. He promptly diagnosed the issue and then checked to see if the parts were available, which they were, and went about repairing the issue that afternoon. I couldn't fault the work and how grateful I was to Nick for helping get us back on the road. The price for the work was fair and I would recommend Nick to anyone in the Bath area for car repairs and maintenance. Thanks Nick!Monday 18th October 2021
Kernow Honey5 StarReally helpful and kind. I had trouble changing my headlamp bulb and they were only too pleased to help. I had called in at quickfit initially and they told me it would cost at least 2 hours labour and that they would need to completely remove the whole unit. The Garage didn’t even charge me.
