My carpets needed refitting after a search for a water leak below floorboards undertaken by a professional company. Due to the pandemic there was a delay to the completion of the work. I was apprehensive but found that Floorco provided the perfect experience from two very proficient carpet fitters who moved and lifted furniture as required. A wonderful job by very pleasant carpet fitters who treated my home with great consideration. A job very well done. I was very grateful. Would certainly recommend them and if I needed carpet refitting again wouldn’t hesitate to employ them. Thank you for such a heart warming experience of having such good workmanship without any stress whatsoever. It was a pleasure. I am elderly and appreciated the care they took.

I asked for a quote to supply and fit a stair carpet the man came and measured up. The woman then gave me a verbal quote over the phone and I was very pleased with the quote and told her to go ahead. I was asked to pay half the amount upfront which I did straight away. The fitters came to fit the carpet and I was very impressed with the work they did. As soon as my carpet was fitted I went to the shop to pay for the rest of the carpet and I was asked for more than quoted but it was just a verbal quote over the phone and had no proof. So I asked the woman about this amount? She told me there was a lot of waste on my carpet and had she not told me I told her no nothing was said about this waste. I would have still went ahead with the carpet if the woman had phoned me with this price increase, but a quote is the price you should pay. All I would say is if you use this company get a written quote, I had to pay quite a bit more and it put a bitter sweet taste in my mouth. But I like my carpet and it is well fitted.

I would like to thank Dave & Iain for repairing my living room carpet. Couldn't wish to meet anyone nicer they were just magic. Made a good job would highly recommend them without a doubt.
