As a business owner, one of the biggest challenges you have is trusting a third party to design something that conveys your passion for your business. You need designers not just with 'a good eye' but also a good understanding of what you want to achieve. I'm pleased to say having worked with Fly Full Circle on our website redesign I think they have this combination. They not only produced something aesthetically pleasing but it was also functional and focussed on conversion, Even after it was built they continued to advise on how the site could be better and I appreciated their e-commerce backgrounds which continue to be very useful for us. I have dealt with a couple of Web Design people in the past and i couldn't have been happier to find Fly Full Circle, they are incredibly professional and talented at what they do. The service they offer is second to none, and from someone who does not know much about websites and technology they advised and broke it all down to make it very easy to understand. Coming from a none technical back ground it was essential that I worked with a company that was not only patient but could explain things to me so that I understood. They walked me through everything that needed to be done and Sam came out to see me several times to take photos et cetera nothing was to much trouble. I needed to create a logo that would represent my company and would be used on all company material so it was important for it to be done right, Fly Full Circle produced a brilliant logo for me which I was really pleased with. They communicated well throughout the process also and gave me several different options. Would highly recommend this company.
