Absolutely terrible company. Just needed a replacement handset. Spoke to the main chap and he said he should be able to it that week, then nothing. Tried calling at least 20 times over the space of the next 3 weeks and left about 3 voicemails but not once did he bother to call me back for an update. Absolute joke. I'd avoid if you can.
