Had a valuation done by William Campbell in May 22. Decided not to instruct Foxtons for various reasons. 1, the value price was unrealistic. 2, their commission 2.5% plus vat & 3, William came across like he could sell ice to the Eskimos! Since informing William we were not going to sell with them, I've had numerous phone calls 15 plus from him plus his colleagues harassing me. Been in contact with sutton police reporting them for harassment. When Mr Campbell gets a call from the police, hopefully he'll get the message and stop harassing me. Think twice before contacting Foxtons!
